Is my SSD dead?

Hey guys.

 

Got a problem with a ssd, I think its dead 

 

plugged it into my system and I go into disk management and the 120gb ssd only shows up as 8mb when converted to a dynamic disk.

 

The drive does NOT show up in this pc 

 

Any help is appreciated

What ssd?

 

This seems like a firmware bug, was a known issue on the intel 320. RMA it if you can.

 

Do you need data recovery? If so your gonna need to send it to a company.

It is a intel 320

Yep, known software bug, nothing you can do. Probably out of warranty too. 

 

Data recovery should be possilbe but in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Do you have backups?

It was a drive I got in a car boot sale for £5
