Playing games unturned csgo pubg

Im just starting out as a youtuber in gaming i have 8gb ddr3 i5 4430 with a gtx 760 i struggle to play games like unturned at max above 60 fps what would be the best gpu for csgo aslong its above 60 fps no stutter unturned max 60 fps no stutter and pubg 60 very low - meduim settings which also has textures on ultra. I stream and record at 1080p with obs i want my quality to be better with no stutters.

I would say just a 1050 but PUBG sucks to run.

I was think like a rx 58p 8gb or a gtx 1060 but i dont want to waste my money

You might get a slight bottleneck with the cpu you have, more so on the rx 580. I'd get the 1060.
