Majority of panel are still made in China. I order a few Korean monitor from seller and they always say it comes from supplier in China so...

Virtually all monitors are made in china, some good some bad.

Aliexpress is the last place to visit if ebay or amazon don't have it.

It would be better if you provide some links.

This is the one that I was looking at. They said they'll sell it to me for 180$ after shipping. Seems like a steal to me idk

I mean you can try, but it usually importers and the price doesn't include shipping, from experience shipping from China to US or any other country is expensive. You should have look at ebay or aliexpress as targeted for consumers.

 

The supplier might not even reply back to you if you just ordering one.
