1500 whats? Yen?

^

We could use your currency.

Also, do you need a copy of Windows or any peripherals included?

This should also be in the New Builds and Planning section, not in General Discussion and you should've read this before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

Using Yen wouldn't even get you a nice USB stick xD

I'm going to assume that you're using USD, but if you were using GBP, you'd get a lot more.

I am using GBP

Here's a quick one I made. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2tcPA

I was going on the premise that you needed windows, but not peripherals.

EDIT: Realised you said an Asus 780 Ti, so I changed it over. It raised the price a little though. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2tcVX

Would be nice if you switch to a XFX or Seasonic power supply, the RM850 have bad caps.

For the psu im going with bequiet that brand it's just awesome

Swapped out the PSU and case to suit what you wanted. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2td58

Pc Part picker doesn't have it, but you could spend another £20 and get the bequiet! Dark Power Pro 650W.

That's a US pcpartpicker link.

Consider that you could do this with that money though: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2tdwJ

It'd be even better with aftermarket 290's instead.

My suggestion: £1425: Mini-ITX Powerhouse. Always go with the same retailer because you don't have to remember a load of stuff if you have to send products back. Also, Scan.co.uk has some of the best customer service that I've seen.
