Help!!! What you think of this build? Bottleneck?

I'm learning motion graphics, trying to increase my portfolio i'm planing to build a pc until the end of the year. These are the parts that i have on my list:

Ryzen 7 2700X

ATX X470 AORUS GAMING 5

16 gb of ram (not sure which one)

Gtx 950 that i already have (planing to upgrade later to use octane)

So, what you guys think, i'm not sure what Power supply i'll need, about the gpu im thinking around a 1070ti.

Have in mind that im not a professional, this build is to upgrade my oldie i5 4400.

@Ryan Luca First off the GTX 950 will bottle neck the 2700x.

If u r looking to get a 1070ti then i would recommend a PSU atleast 500watt Gold Plus.

You'd be better of going with a six core Ryzen.  Half the price, most of the performance as cores 7 and 8 are barely used.  Use the money saved to get a 780ti ($150 on ebay), or sell your 950 and get an rx 580($180 on ebay).  a 1070ti is a good idea, but with the way prices are going you may be able to get a better deal on a 1080.

EDIT:  AURUS boards are nice, but a b450 may be all you end up needing, as they are still quite nice.  Could free up some of you budget for a gpu.

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

About the gpu, i really need a gpu with more vram, this is why im considering the 10th gen, and needs to be a nvidea, i think most renderers dont support amd processors or something like that. On second thoughts im thinking, maybe next year too, add more 16gb of ram because im gonna use some procedural tools, of course i'll see what im really in need, but if i really need, you think its gonna bottleneck by the cpu or something?

If you need the VRAM and want to stick with Nvidia for CUDA rendering in your workflow, then the minimum I'd go with would be the GTX 1070. I would recommend going for the 1070TI instead though, as it approaches stock 1080 performance for not much more than a 1070.

For either GPU, you would need a good 500W PSU though I recommend quality 550W 80+ Gold PSUs such as the EVGA 550 G2 or Seasonic Focus Gold 550. This would allow you to overclock both CPU and GPU if you were so inclined.

New Build (The Compromise): CPU - i7 9700K @ 5.1Ghz Mobo - ASRock Z390 Taichi | RAM - 16GB G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 3200CL14 @ 3466 14-14-14-30 1T | GPU - ASUS Strix GTX 1080 TI | Cooler - Corsair h100i Pro | SSDs - 500 GB 960 EVO + 500 GB 850 EVO + 1TB MX300 | Case - Coolermaster H500 | PSUEVGA 850 P2 | Monitor - LG 32GK850G-B 144hz 1440p | OSWindows 10 Pro.

Peripherals - Corsair K70 Lux RGB | Corsair Scimitar RGB | Audio-technica ATH M50X + Antlion Modmic 5 |

CPU/GPU history: Athlon 6000+/HD4850 > i7 2600k/GTX 580, R9 390, R9 Fury > i7 7700K/R9 Fury, 1080TI > Ryzen 1700/1080TI > i7 9700K/1080TI.

Other tech: Surface Pro 4 (i5/128GB), Lenovo Ideapad Y510P w/ Kali, OnePlus 6T (8G/128G), PS4 Slim.
