Paying for steam wallet using paypal

Hi, I really wanted to get some money in my steam wallet to get plat in Warframe, because I got 80% discount. I talked with my mom and she was terrified that someone will steal her debit card somehow and we will lose money. I am trying to explain to her that Paypal is really safe platform and she doesn't need to worry about getting robbed. She wouldn't listen to me anyway. I started searching if there is a way to add money to Steam Wallet using phone, but I couldn't find anything that looks legit. Can someone recommend me a way to pay in steam without using any types of cards?
