Can the Cpu placed in the photo be used in the motherboard from the other picture since the mobo page only says something about supports dual cores.

No, that board only supports Pentium/Celeron D and Pentium 4 chips.

Not ones with an FSB of 1333. Only 1066 FSB Xeons will work on that board iirc.

Is it unofficially or with a BIOS mod? Can't find any mentions for Xeon on their compatibility list.

If it helps @The321 I have a Asus Maximus Formula board (original ) with a Xeon E5450 using the BIOS mod and little LGA 771 to 775 adapter.
