CPU going from 2% to 25%

So I have rainmeter on my pc and when I turn on google crome and when I check pc usage it goes from 2% to 25% but it drops in a milisec back to 2%. Should I be worried about that ?

That's normal, chrome for me usually goes to 100% but that also is a result of me having a bunch of tabs saved

It is almost like google chrome needs to render the tabs you have open, and it is almost like rendering uses cpu, but no, it is probably a virus.
