Will a ryzen 7 1700x Pair well with a Gtx 1080 8gb I plan on playing games like fortnite, Rainbox Six Siege, Pubg, and other FPS and i also planned on doing some streaming or will it be a bottle neck.

I don't know, mostly the newest AAA titles become the "hard to run" stuff.  I would say stuff like Project Cars, Shadow of Mordor @ 4K or trying to get high frames in Metro: last Light, newest Assassin's Creed, etc.
