What is this Worth?

Hi I have a old gaming rig that was top of the line for 2014 and I don't really game much anymore so I'm trying to sell it but I have no idea what its worth now, so I was wondering if someone would know the approximate value of my tower. Everything works of course.

Here it is:

CPU: Intel i7 Extreme 4960x

CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H110 280 mm

Motherboard: ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition

Ram: 4x8 Corsair Platinum 2166 DDR3

GPU: 2x EVGA GeForce GTX 780Ti 3GB GDDR5 Classified 2888-KR in SLI

SSD: Crucial M500 Series 480GB SSD

PSU: Corsair  AX1200i

Case: Corsair Obsidian Series 900D

Blu-ray: Pioneer (BDC-207DBK)

Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks :)

The DDR3 will be worth a lot. I imagine the X79 and 4960X will get you quite a bit as well.

I'd pay maybe 800-900 USD for it.

In this day and age, the CPU, motherboard, and RAM will have degraded in price a fair bit(mostly CPU and motherboard).

The case is still a brilliant model to this day, same for the PSU.

A 780Ti goes for roughly 175 USD used, so it's gone down in value quite a bit.

SSD is only 480Gb, but still an SSD.

Would it be better to try and sell the parts individually? Is it easier selling whole rigs or parts and is there a big difference in what I could get depending if I sell it whole or separate?

If I was selling a rig, I would sell it as a full system but also be willing to part it out.

Definitely don't part it out for higher than fair prices for the hardware though.

If there's parts in it you want to keep for another system, such as the power supply and case, then you can part the system out. If you aren't planning on keeping any of the parts, try and sell it as a whole system. It'll probably be easier to find one person who wants to buy a system ready to go than it will be to find 8 people who want to buy individual parts.

I also agree with the $800-$900 estimation.
Put it up for $1k and say you're willing to negotiate. Someone will probably message you offering $800-$900 for it.
If you don't get any serious interest after a week or two, drop the advertised price down to $900.

I posted a similar thread earlier today.

Based on feedback, i think it's best not to sell components individually unless you can't sell the system as a whole. If you sell individual pieces, it might make it harder to find someone interested in whatever you have left on-hand. Unless you're tight on cash, it's probably best to sell the whole system together. You'd probably see the best returns

AIOs have a projected lifespan of about 5 years.

Coincidently, the warranty for yours is for 5 years too.

Not much life left in it.

Would be hesitant to use without a warranty in case of a leak.
