Cpu overheating?

As long as the active/current temps are within reason, it's fine. Keep an eye on the updated temps every second or so.

I would check what the temp in the BIOS says. If it's idling in the ~50°C in the BIOS then I'd go at the CPU with a can of compressed air & fresh thermal compound.

These ones below, I don't know if your hardware monitor has a similar setup, but for me, HWMonitor has the columns as Value, Min, and Max.

 

The Value column updates every 0.5 seconds or so to give the accurate, real-time temperature. Make sure these are all within margin of each other and it's fine.

eh, just ignore that sensor in the 4th core. It's broken. You cant have that big of a temperature difference in the same silicon.

it's bad, but I guess the bios just averaged out the temperature readings and spit the number out.

I wont be worried. To be safe, just keep HWmonitor running while you do other things, and make sure the other temperature readings dont read something abnormally high for your cooling setup.

My CPU Core is hitting 95-100 when gaming, I really need help to fix this.

even the sensors other than that in Core #4? then you really have a problem. What cooler are you using?

 

btw, CPU package usually refers to the sensor on your CPU socket, not on the CPU itself. the actual temperature in the CPU will be higher than what the package temp is as a result.

So I'm using the LE Grand Macho RT, me and my mom re installed the heatsink last night, and it was working fine after. But what I didn't notice until this morning was that my mom flipped the heatsink fan around. Now the fan isn't facing the same way as it shows in models in other builds and such. But it drastically decreased my cpu temp it'w now running at 31-34 C Idle and 45 C when playing csgo.

is the fan pushing air towards the heatsink now?
