depends on where you got the copy. It is entirely possible that, if you didn't get it from microsoft themselves, someone put malware or w/e in there that can cause various problems with your pc.

Thread carefully though, you're in a gray area of the forum rules.

No. I've had some issues with windows and corruption recently on legit versions, it's really weird, perfectly good drives.

What I do to solve this is make 100% sure I have the right drivers, and prevent windows from updating drivers. A program called winareo tweaker can help there, has a lot of good features.

I have pirated windows for VMs since moving them around from physical machine to vm makes it lose its key, and I'm still able to access windows updates and the like just fine, so it works normally. Recently, I've started with an older LTSB version though, which is dated and missing core apps. I disable driver updates and windows updates manually, tweak some features, and manually turn on updates and let it do its thing every few days. No more problems. The difference with LTSB is it natively is less intrusive with apps and shit and lets me have more options for update schedule without forcing it.

All that said, check your drive. Make sure the smart data checks out. Use a program like crystal disk info to do this.
I would also say make sure you're using a good pirated version of windows. We cant tell you where to get those, but I can tell you that you should start from a legit copy then crack it after install. If you're getting precracked versions, those can be risky.

Normally, I told people to buy a 7 key for bout 5-10$ on ebay from resellers using decommissioned hardware, but the loophole of using the accessibility upgrade to 10 closed in may of this year. It was not any more ethical than pirating, but it carried all of the benefits of a genuine copy.

Why would you get a pirated version when Microsoft has a download link directly available on their website?

If I have to explain every detail, I won't talk to you.  If you answer a question with what can be found through 10 seconds of googling, you've contributed nothing, as I assure you I've already considered it.

What a world we would be living in if I had to post several paragraphs every time I ask a question.

If it's a regular rip or a patched ISO, usually not.

It's when shit is heavily modified that it could start breaking.

Talking about piracy in general, broad details, is acceptable however the posting or discussing pirated/hacked/cracked or otherwise nefariously obtained content is not. This includes Windows content, games, hackintosh, etc. Also discussions regarding ways to avoid or block legitimately installed monitoring/tracking software or the like is also not allowed.
