Need help with choosing my GPU and CPU

Hey there guys, 

 

I have been planning to upgrade my pc for quite a while. Thought it would be really cool to have 1440p 144hz gaming. I'm not the best when it comes to buying components. I usually only play games like Overwatch and CSGO where 144 fps would be amazing. any suggestions on specs I should get? I also live stream so a good cpu recommendation would be very helpful. thanks!

Assuming 1080p, something like an RX 580 with a freesync monitor would do. A Ryzen 5 1st gen should also be plenty but you can go second gen. 

Missed the 1440p part.

1080Ti. 1440p at 144Hz is not an easy task.

If you want all out frames it's got to be intel, my friend has just upped his pc to a 2700X and he's 10-15 frames behind my 6600k with the exact same card

sure! I'm not the best at pc stuff bu i can defiantly try!. I have a friend that can help me out.also does anyone know of a good monitor that would would be a 1440p 144hz montior? i dont have much space so 21-24 inches would be perfect.
