The; Cpu Gpu (Possibly Mobo & RAM) are subject to change based on releases next year.

Although this is the case, I'll be purchasing the 'same slot' but next iteration. (ex 870)

The cooler is temporary, I'll be doing a fully custom loop. Hence the SP Fans.

The monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, have all been purchased.

I'll be getting the case, psu, storage drives, fans & thermal compound next.

Which brings me to the reason for this post.

 

Sleeving

Would it be ideal to purchase pre-sleeved cords for my build? or to do it by hand?

How much would it cost for pre-sleeved and to do it by hand?

What connectors would I need to purchase? (6 pin 8 pin 24 pin?)

What tools and materials would I need to do it by hand?

 

Cable Management

@WoodenMarker I believe you told me about a grid fan hub by nzxt

Is there any other type of cable management I should prepare for?

(Other than the obvious clip brackets and cable ties that come with system)

 

Noise

I'm not too concerned about noise for my pc as i'll be blaring music or game noise (or both)

but I'd still like it not too be too ridiculous when I add in my custom loop

Would the single fan controller lowering the rpms, and a voltage controller on the pump suffice?

As long as it doesn't sound like a jet engine next to my mic I'll be okay.

(It'll be above my desk near a blue yeti & I'd like to not piss off others with loud noise)

I'd do the sleeving myself. It's probably not much cheaper, but you learn something
and do something you will be proud of.

 

Anyways, if you want to bypass the massive effort which you have to put into sleeving the cables,

you could buy:

-24pin (long enough for the huge case)

-8pin for the MoBo (even longer..)

-8pin PCIe

-6pin PCIe (or another 8pin, depending on VGA)

I'd go for sleeved sata cables aswell.

 

If you buy sleeving supply at MDPC you should barely get away with under 100€ (~$137).

Just watch some tutorials on youtube and you know what you will need.

I would recommend if you plan on sleeving save your self some trouble and either buy pre-sleeved cables or if you want to do it yourself, which is what I would do, I would find a different PSU. Seasonics are great PSU but they are a pain to sleeve due to their being a bunch of double wires. You would be better off with a silverstone strider or corsair RM because they have a minimal double wires for a first time sleever. If you are in the US I would check out Lutro0 Customs as they have great sleeve and the colors match up perfect with a lot of motherboard schemes as well as being cheaper and super awesome quality.

With zip ties and twisty ties, you should be set.

I'd skip the thermal paste since the 212 Evo comes with good paste from the box and the 840 Pro unless you're getting it for the warranty. The 840 Evo is pretty much just as fast and quite cheaper.

Why the 900D instead of the 750D and a wide monitor instead of a 1440p display?

SP120's are quite loud and I'd avoid them unless you're just getting them for looks.
