Strange Windows Store Issue. 0x8000FFFF error ONLY on Minecraft, no other.

Two different accounts, one with Minecraft Windows 10 Ownership, one without. Same issue, 0x8000FFFF error ONLY on the Minecraft Page. 
Every other app or game doesn't do it, ONLY the Minecraft page. I have done every "Fix" for the 0x8000FFFF error I could find, that is why I am here. 


It did this on my previous install of Windows, and this new fresh install. Works fine on other computers with the same install files. It has functioned on this Computer before as well.
