Cheap Linux Build

I'm looking for a very cheap Ubuntu 18.04 LTS build, monitors and peripherals not needed. I don't want to do a dual boot on my main PC.

 

I'll be doing some Dev work, but mostly tinkering with Linux.

 

Here's what I got but I'm not sure if I can get a lower price.

Buy a used PowerEdge Server. MUCH better hardware, and already compatible with *nix.

For that budget Id just buy a used pc, look for something like a dell optiplex on ebay.
