Macbook Pro won't Install MacOS

I recently received a 2010 Macbook 15in where it wouldn't boot into MacOS. I erased the hard drive and attempted to enter internet recovery mode when after a few minutes of loading the screen turns white and the fans kick up. Then I made a bootable USB drive and the same thing happened half way through. Any help would gladly be appreciated.

Have you tried resseting the PRAM

This does sounds like a hardware issue. 

 

Fans kicking up during an install means something isnt getting processed.

 

Could be the HDD, it could be the logic board.
