You want to get 16BG of RAM and a 2GB graphics card. You will only need a 500W PSU and won't need an aftermarket CPU cooler.

Now someone else come along and give him a parts list :P

  Once upon a time there was geek name Goldibyte who went walking in the woods. She came upon a cute little house and knocked. When there was no answer she let herself in. Smelling brown sugar and cinnamon she headed for the kitchen. On her way she spied the den with three super gaming rigs. Far too tempting to pass by. Looking at the first system she exclaimed, "My, oh my, what a large psu it has." At the next rig, "Oh dear, hardly enough psu." Then she sat down at the third machine, sighed and exclaimed, "just right!"

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
