fan not working at my own laptop

i have a laptop still old school and still using it for a while and it was 5 years for me these few week will wait my pc hardware arrive to make a gaming pc so here my problem my laptop fan not working or rotate when it comes to my laptop but i tested it at other laptop it working prefectly so what happen is my mobo problem or my port got problem or maybe i should reset my cmos to test it again

Is it overheating? If not its normal for a laptop to not spin a fan.

i dunno but it will heating up slowly with hard disc too

and i inspect it with powering up and seeing if it rotate but still not rotate and other laptop it does rotate
