Downloads folder is now D: drive

I messed up. I wanted to move my downloads folder from my ssd to my HDD but I ended up making the entire HDD the downloads folder. I know this has happened to others and I need someone to help me. I can't restore the file location and I am pretty much lost... I also can't change the folder from disk D: to a "Downloads" folder in the same disk, or the SSD...

Can someone please help? :(

Try the option "How to Change the My Documents Folder Storage Location" in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310746/configuration-of-the-my-documents-folder. When you get to the third step, do "Do not move my files"

Otherwise you have to create a new user account if none of the other fixes in that page work.
