PC won't post and starts flashing.

The leds on the case are just flashing.
Whenever I turn it on I hear "Thc Thc Thc Thc" it just keeps like stopping then going on. Nothing being stable except the fans. (Not the led part)
Do I need to connect anything to the GPU? Like use a DVI port?

I would unplugged everything except the power and then try turning it on. If that doesn't work then you know it's an internal component error which is likely the case but it's better to check if it's external first. You could then remove the components that your machine "doesn't need" to work such as GFX cards and RAM (Testing one stick at a time).

If you are still having issues it's likely to be an issue with either the motherboard or PSU, if you don't have a spare mobo or PSU knocking around then there isn't much you can do other than replace them. I definetly seems like it's going to be PSU or Mobo but i'd test the above first just in case.
