Weird laptop freezing issue

So I have a pretty decent laptop, but for some reason, in the last 3 or 4 days, it's been freezing up and making really weird noises when doing so. The specific noise is basically this one 

It freezes even when I'm doing nothing, (the mouse, the page, everything is locking up, although occasionally if I have a video playing, the video sounds fine other than having that sound in the background)

I originally thought it was just going to BSOD, but then it just starts working again after a few seconds of destroying my eardrums
Already ran 3 different virus/malware scans and found nothing, and the only thing that spikes up in task manager is "system interrupts"

Windows 10, in case that matters.
