Depends on your other components in the system but in general that would not be recommended as that PSU is a very entry level unit. Your going to want to upgrade the PSU before other components in the system.

depends what other components you have, that PSU would be ok-ish with a CPU that's up to 95W, an SSD and a single 7.2k HDD

 

there are better units though

The SSD will use more like 4W, and the hard drive maybe 6W. Negligible.
