There's a chance that the motherboard won't have an updated BIOS, in which case it won't work with that CPU.

Is that a no name HDD? I'd at least get something like a Seagate or WD.

Try and get a better PSU.

That graphics card is a waste of money with the 2400G. The Integrated Graphics on the 2400G are better than it.
