Getting stuck on post when I connect an SSD

So my problem is that when I plug in an SSD which I had previously in my laptop my pc goes as far as the Splash screen and then it gets stuck with this white box --Picture-- and I can't get into the UEFI as soon/long the SSD is connected 

 

I have formated the SSD with GParted to NTFS and later to FAT32 (same result)

 

I have turned on HotSwap/Plug (no difference with it off or on)

 

Could it have to do anything with an old MBR because it was a boot drive? Or maybe that it is locked since I had a TPM in the old laptop and the OS encrypted?

 

SSD is an Samsung 850 EVO
