Not going to happen, just get any 1440p 144hz IPS free-sync  display?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

What's your Budget/Country for the PC build? And the current hardware list?

Man a GTX 1070 Would not run games at 4K more then 60fps, it wouldnt even run 60 unless you sacrifice some of your in game settings.

Wouldn't buy that cooler, you don't need the thermal grizzly paste unless you're delidding

But if you're gaming at 4K you should save money and just get a Ryzen chip, the R5 1600 is cheap and effective, easy to OC near 4ghz.

Vega 56 is a better option IMO, since you can get a free-sync 4k IPS display for relatively cheap.
