As always: can you mention your budget and what you are using the computer for? Every day use like web browsing, checking email, writing documents etc.? Or gaming? And if so, which games do you play?

Entirely possible to accomplish this somewhat less expensively as re: Motherboard, but Wifi just because you bought the baord is nice and it avoids you the potential headache of contacting AMD for a bootstrap kit. Processor is a little bit more powerful in application for most things than your current one, and is really only there to help you get your foot in the door on the new AM4 platform.

  • It's generally better to get matched kits of RAM.
  • That motherboard is needlessly expensive.
  • You don't need to pay for Windows. If he's on a tight budget he's better off spending the money elsewhere.

1: This is true. Chose these components to get them 16GB of DDR4 at high clock speed at lowest possible price.

2: I stated explicitly in my post that it is possible to acquire motherbaord for less.

3. Acquiring a legitimate copy of windows is definitely a good thing. I do agree that spending elsewhere is something most would do however. The inclusion does serve completitude.

Lower cost option below. Does not have wifi, and might require contacting AMD for a bootstrap kit.

The budget is very smal. I have 100Euros, and play games like Lol/Dota or Realm Royal/ Fortnite, so nothing what needs a 1080 ti or sth :)

You could probably get away with replace the GPU, but it might be better in the long run to just replace most of the system

The CPU would for sure be better for gaming, and I think the intergrated graphics is actually faster than your 560ti, since the R3 2200G is about as fast as a GT 1030 if it has fast memory. 2800mhz or better.

It's only an extra $8..

You don't have to have an illegitimate copy of Windows. Simply download it, install it, and don't activate it. The only thing you lose out on is being able to customize your desktop. They allow it as a feature. I personally would not get an OEM version of Windows, as it's not transferable between hardware without a lot of luck and work.

Thanks! But is it worth getting a new system, even thought i have an old HD Monitor? Will i benefit from it more, than from a new monitor?

Doesn't matter if your monitor is old, you just really need a new GPU and a better CPU, which the R3 2200G gives you.

With only 100 Euros pretty much the only thing I could suggest is staying in your current socket and going with: the FX 8350.

Would be a waste of money to get an FX 8 core.

Definitely preferable to move to a new build, but for less than 100 euro that is almost the same as telling someone to steal a computer from someone. lmao.
