It's not a USB header, it's a RGB header.

PC Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D - MSI B550M Mortar - 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4-3600 @ CL16 - ASRock RX7800XT - 660p 1TBGB & Crucial P5 1TB - Fractal Define Mini C - CM V750v2 - Windows 11 Pro

The cooler comes with a 4pin rgb header to integrated the cooler with the motherboard's built-in lighting control.

If your motherboard doesn't have that, you can use the 9pin usb header and plug that into an internal usb 2.0 header on your motherboard along with Cooler Master's software instead: http://www.coolermaster.com/amd-ryzen-wraith-prism-rgb-software/

The first image is of the rgb header and the second is the usb header.
