Change how windows snap?

Im trying to find a way to possibly change the way windows snap when dragged to the edge of the screen.

 

I recently moved a monitor to go in portrait mode but my one gripe is that I cant snap a window to horizontally snap instead of vertically.

 

Is there any way to do this?

You need to use some 3rd party software.
