So, this started a few hours ago, I don't know why, but these .dll files texts appear in random places, for example this 8ccDum.png  appears when I'm changing the language from the taskbar, it also appears on the login screen when I'm switching between languages, I'm using Windows 10 Pro, can someone help pls?

Looks like the DLL name containing the language stuff, with a reference number to get the title of the language from the resource part of the DLL file.

Usually you see this in the registry for file association icons. I am not sure if there is a registry error done by something (registry cleaner? System tweak tool?) or corruption somewhere which make it fail to load the text to get the name of the language to display.
