monitor/graphics card problem

hi all, i have 2 Lenovo monitors and mainly my second (left monitor for me) mainly does what is in the image below but now my middle (main one) does it too so now im worried its a graphics card problem, i have a 1060 and is fairly new. it only happens when i boot so what exactly is causing this/is the problem? please help!

What inputs do your monitors have? Try different cables as well as different inputs.

 

Also try both monitors(cables and inputs as well) on different systems.

both are using displayport, dont have other cables. i'll swap them around though
