Need Help with controller!!!

I have two broken Xbox one controllers. The original from Microsoft has a broken left thumb stick module/controller thingy, and all else is good. The other is just smashed and busted, but has a good thumb stick module/controller thingy.

Can I take off the bad module and replace it with the other one? And how would I do it? Thanks in advance.

both modules are stick connected to the controller's board. Do i use a heat gun to take them off maybe? Then would I have to solder back on?

If you don't have the tools/experience I probably wouldn't even bother trying.

The analog stick module looks to be soldered in place as with most/all controller analog sticks. You could probably just desolder it and solder it back into place in the other one.

How did you know i threw it? (Cuphead's a bitch.)
