So I woke up this morning, wanting to play some games.  but upon starting up my pc, my mouse refused to light up or function.  it was working just fine the day before and I had never been rough with it.  anyone know what I did wrong?

  • Check to make sure its fully plugged in (you didnt accidentally yank it)
  • Check to see if it works with a different computer if available
  • If the above method works, make sure you dont have another pointer set to default in your computer, that can sometimes override the intended mouse.

Unplug it and replug it. Or try another USB-port, and on a different device.

If it's broken, contact Logitech's customer support and get a replacement. One of the reasons to pick the G502 over the G402 is that the warranty is 3 years, instead of 2. Something that actually got pretty handy for me, once the scroll wheel became broken after 2,5 years of use.
