Halo CE is a bit much for a Voodoo 3, especially if it's a V3 1000 or 2000. Those cards run well with games from 98-2001 and after that it's over. Halo CE on PC is a 2003 game. 

 

Also, the default voodoo drivers are for Glide only, not for D3D. You need D3D drivers for that. Look for the DirectX drivers in the link below.

Hell man.. lets get the lighters out for 3DFX.

 

I owned one, couldn't tell you how to get it working today though. I was an abused child being forced to use DOS and Windows 3.1 so I blotted out all those old painful memories.
