Forum signature weird "bolding" while hovering

It is specific to every signature that has bold text. When I hover over the bottom of a post, the text inside goes normal and back to bold within a split second. Doesn't make an impact, but just thought I would point it out.

Does this happen when you hover over other posts as well?

That isn't going bold, just shifting slightly. Still, that looks like it's probably a browser bug I'm afraid. What browser+version are you using (http://www.whatsmybrowser.org/)?
