anyone have this solution as you can see that the port plastic is stuck inside the port amd after i pull the outer one the inside is still stuck inside

was this a port for a flat cable and you pulled it out while it was still locked in place?

 

usually with these connectors you can pull up the sides and release what is in the connector this way.

it was for flat cable and it was locked in place but the the top plastic is already at unlocked state but the inside as you can see it still inside

The only suggestion that I can give you is using some fine tweezers and CAREFULLY try to wiggle it out. Don’t use too much brute force, since these pins can snap right off quite easily.

Tweezers that are fine enough (the tip should be fine enough) to firmly hold the piece that’s stuck inside. You might have an easier time removing the the stuck connector if you remove the motherboard from the computer case.
