Code Error C0, no post and no signal to mouse or key board

Hey guys I built a brand new system and i keep getting Error Code C0 on my Msi x370 titamium with ryzen 7 2700x. I need help i tried different motherbords and i brought another 2700x  to check and i keep getting error code C0. Please help if u can

look at your motherboard Manuel and find out what that specific code means

Have you tried reseating the CPU?

I looked and it doesn't show what C0 code is

From the research I did online, it could be an issue with RAM configuration and DIMM slots, try booting with only one stick of RAM and see what happens.

I found out the problem all 3 motherboards i use did support AM4 but not the 2nd gen ryzen cpus
