Gaming Monitor w/ Pro Colour Accuracy?

I'm looking for a 1440p or 4k monitor for both gaming and photography/cinematography work.

I've been looking for quite a while, and have come across the Asus PG279Q. 165hz sounds nice, so does gsync and all those other gaming features - but when I looked at reviews online, I found that people are saying that (out of the box) this monitor has pretty good colour and display specs. Specifically, >96% sRGB, 6,876K temp, 2.02 Gamma and Delta E values of 0.54.

This specific review site then calibrated the display and got 100% sRGB, 6,522K temp, 2.22 Gamma and Delta E values of 0.54.

Is this too good to be true, or is there something drastic that I am missing?

All advice appreciated! Also happy to take recommendations ;)
