CPU, Mobo, and RAM upgrade

My old Intel Core i5-2320 is starting to show it's age, and has been for a while. I have started to look for an upgrade, and have had trouble finding a good combination of a motherboard, RAM, and CPU. I thought this would be the best place to ask.

 

CPU Requirements: Must be a huge upgrade over my i5-2320 (I was thinking Ryzen?)

RAM Requirements: 8 gigs

Motherboard requirements: Mini ATX

 

$350 is the max amount of money I can save for this project so anything up to this is fine. I could push it, but I would prefer not to.

Something like this should do well. Just make sure you check reviews, see if people are getting them with an updated BIOS before you buy or have a backup plan to get it updated just in-case.

Do you mean mini ITX or micro ATX? Mini ATX isn't a thing.
