What would be a better value for my new Video Editing build, faster CPU or more RAM?

I am building a new Video Editing computer and wonder what's a better value. I am using Adobe software.

 

Current Build Specs:

i9-7900X

32GB Ram

 

I have an extra $500 for the build and was wonder if either going to and i9-7960X or 64GB or RAM would be the better value. What do you guys think?

Just curious, what is the full build? I would say the i9 7960X is the better value in terms of performance upgrade. Not sure I would call any of this value oriented when one gets to such a high end build .

Did you consider a Corsair case like the https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA6ZP7MP3529 or https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139130 (also available in black)? Both include a Commander Pro module and RGB fans.

 

Why not get two 1TB NVMe drives, the cost differential between the 512GB and 1TB models appears to be only US$40.

 

Windows 10 OEM license does not permit use in a DIY build. One is supposed to get a retail version, 

 

As to the question, memory is easily added later. CPU power is more difficult and more expensive to add later.
