Spacesniffer is good at showing you what's taking up the most space. Other than that, just go through folders and delete stuff. You can delete any windows.old folder and do a disk cleanup, other than that it's pretty manual.

I use WinDirStat, then check which folder takes the most space and delete the folder manually.

Other than that, I just use Disk Cleanup, though most people use CCleaner.

OP please clarify 

are you trying to free up space? or just OCD like myself to get rid of unused folders?

 

If you feel like there may be large files taking up space then install WINDIRSTAT, it will show you visually what is taking up the most space 

 

Other wise START > SHOW HIDDEN FOLDERS > ENABLE

then C > USERS > YOUR USER ID > APPDATA > LOCAL  and or ROAMING  and start deleting folder from old game files that you dont need anymore. these never cause any issue though  and hardly take up any space.

Wipe the drive using an external drive closure, and you're good to go.
