Jetflo 120 is a good airflow fan with horrible static pressure, which means it's utterly useless in terms of forcing air through air filters, radiators and heatsinks. In fact I tried to make it work as an exhaust, but the feelings of my hand tells me even the bigger holes of the exhuast fan mounting position is enough to hurt the Jetflo's performance noticeably. That's why I hung mine at the back of the case externally, helping the internal exhaust fan blow away hot air to even further away,

It's also noisy. At 30% speed (1000RPM) it's already noticeably loud (but not disturbing). 40% speed (1300RPM) it starts to get annoying. At 100% (2200RPM for mine) it's even louder than the 500W AC unit 3 meters away.
