Dual inbuilt gpu does not work?

One of my Gpu is always at 100% while the other is always at 0% how do i get them to work together?

You can't have them work together in most uses, programs use one gpu. Since this is a laptop, use the amd control panel to control which programs use what gpu.

One is integrated while the other is a dedicated GPU. It's fine you do not need them to work together. Your more powerful GPU (R7 M370) is not being utilized in the desktop to conserve on power so your laptop does not run out of battery so quickly.

when i run games like black desert online the intel hd graphics is at 100% while the amd gpu is still at idle despite me setting at high power usage in battery settings

also i had tried setting in the amd control panel but even when i launch the game through the control panel it still only uses the intel hd graphics card

I had also tried disabling the intel hd graphics in device manager but that only made my laptop run the graphics with my cpu for some reason

tried it, it made my cpu render the graphics instead
