Squarespace Forms not Sending Emails to Office365 Emails

Our Squarespace website is very nearly complete, and I am now in the testing phase.

 

I have forms on the website so people can send emails to our agents as quickly and easily as possible, but I have found that the forms will not send through to our agents' custom Office365 email address - only to gmail addresses.

 

Is there a way to get forms to send to email addresses that aren't gmail, or will I be stuck with changing all my forms to "mailto:" buttons?
