Define R6 TG Side Panel

So some weeks ago, I purchased from amazon.de's warehouse/marketplace (I live in Spain) a Define R6 Blackout R6 TG, but when I finally could pick it, it was the standard Blackout, so no tempered glass. I have been always getting and building in cases without windows or tempered glass, so I wanted to make the switch.
After some tickets, I got offered a 20% refund if I keep the case, or a 100% if I return it.

It says to basically spam them with the "I'd like to purchase a tempered glass for the R6 in the future" and they will start selling this, apparently.

Returning it would be a pain in the ass, so I'm fine keeping it and waiting.

 

So yeah, my request here would be if you (Define R6 user) would like to send them a ticket with the same suggestion, or maybe to point out another solution, like someone selling the panel on eBay.

Personally I'd just send the case back and make them send me what I paid for, even if it is a PITA

I'm pretty sure they have it in the German parts store website. Did you check already?

i think youre better off refund and re-order. if you want TG youll end up paying more than 20% on it

You ordered the TG and amazon delivered the solid version, all within the EU? Legally they are in breach of contract, and should replace the unit free of charge. Legally you can cancel the payment and let them deal with picking it up etc if they refuse to play ball.

 

As to getting your hands on a TG side panel. Contact Fractal directly and tell them your story, usually these guys go above and beyond in my experience. Its not gonna be free or cheap though but they just might get it to you outside their usually channels

I didn't say I'd keep the case, but the guy who was responding to me on amazon misunderstand and thought I agreed, so they refunded me a 20% finally, and I'm ok keeping the case. It was like 23€ and I found the piece itself being sold by Fractal, like the R5 panel, so I will be keeping an eye on the page every a few days. Also, they (Fractal) are still revising my issue, so I guess that if they have any left they will be willing to sell it to me and I will be OK.
Now my stuff is inside the case already, and it looks good enough, though I tried to put three 120mm fans on top and a DVD writer/reader, but it looks like I can't put more that two 120mm and the DVD, so it's popping out of the case a little, but I will manage that other day.
