That combination of motherboard and RAM works perfectly fine.

As you can see on the product page of ASRock, it clearly states that the motherboard supports DDR4 3200+ RAM modules:

When you look at the support tab, it mentiones the 'F4-3200C14D-32GTZR' as being supported.
