Can the 2700X support 2 Vega 64s in 1080p at 240 fps and 4k at 60 fps?

What games? What settings? High-FPS 1080p isn't exactly Ryzen's strong point. 4K should be fine though.

Battle Royales, some other games. The question isn't if the 2700X is the best at gaming, but is if it won't bottleneck the Vegas.

Yes it will work, but you need a good X370/X470 mobo, a case with very good airflow, and a power supply with enough wattage to power half a mining rig.

Funny that you say that because I am using the power supply from my mining rig

At 1080p in titles that can get 240 FPS, the 2700x will almost certainly bottleneck the vegas. However, in most titles the difference between 120 and 240 FPS is imperceptible and in those where it is (CS:GO), a 1070 could get 240FPS, so you should be fine.

Both CPU and GPU contribute to performance.

It is not a simple bottleneck.

PUBG certainly wont do high frame rates stable btw.
