I assume you don't have any of the other components? So you're also looking for a motherboard, PSU, RAM, cooler, storage

What is your budget for the whole build?

No, I'm just upgrading.

Budget: 50-60$

The Athlon X4 CPUs are only "kinda good". I wouldn't recommend staying on FM2 for much longer if you can help it.

To be honest, there is not really a lot to upgrade anymore on this platform regarding improving gaming experience. The FM2+ socket is dead.

To me it's not really worth the $ 60 investment.

G4400 + $30 H110 motherboard =$65

G4560 + $30 H110 motherboard =$75

G4400 is quite close to X4 845 while G4560 is little faster than it and with the new mobo you can later upgrade to an i5 in 2 years or so.

Main system (Mini itx 80mm)

i5-7500 | Asrock h110m | Noctua L9i | Realan H80 Case | 8GB 2400 Ram ADATA | M600 SSD | 500 GB Seagate

Other System (Laptop)

i7 3632QM | Toshiba | 8GB Corsair VS RAM | Sandisk SSD PLUS | 500GB Toshiba HDD

Another option: H61 motherboard ($30-35) + i5 2400

Hello!

I want something that will pair up well with my Gtx 750ti.

I want it to be ultra budget because I don't currently have a lot of money...

I only know that the AMD Athlon X4 845 is kinda good, but I don't know, what is you're opinion?

What do you have right now?
How much can you get?
How long can you live with what you have?

Getting a new PC right now with the little money you have right now doesn't seem like a great idea.

And going for an older Intel Pentium/Celeron Processor is also bullshit because some games don't even start on a dual Core CPU.

So its not that much better than the Athlon X4/845 you are planning on getting...

So the minimum you should get is a 4 Thread CPU...

Do you have a friend who has some old PC Stuff lying around?
