MSI GS65 from iBUYPOWER?

After many days of looking at different laptops and figuring out which one would be best for me I ended up picking the MSI GS65. I ordered it from iBUYPOWER because they offered the specific configuration I wanted at the cheapest price.

Something eventually led me to seeing reviews of the company and all I can see is nothing but negativity. There's everything from people getting incorrect parts to constant BSODs to terrible customer service.
So I'm wondering: Did I make a mistake by ordering from iBUYPOWER? It hasn't shipped yet so I should be able to cancel the order at no charge. But if what I heard about customer service is true that will be difficult. If that's the case, can anyone recommend another seller that offers configurations of the MSI GS65?
