CPU Hits Max frequency in Without WorkLoad

what was that problem its happens when i install latest windows update and now cpu look like that how do i fix it sometimes i heard cpu fan speed up without work lode but cpu frequency in maximum Can any one Help that im helpless

 

My system is acer 576g laptop i5-8250U

i dont think its anything to worry about the power savings you would get otherwise is probably minimal

you don't know that, windows is doing something in the background, probably it is loading some procces in the background or smth, nothing to worry

I Change Power Mode in Better Battery Cpu Speed Gets lower But i Change to Best Performance its Hits again Max Frequency

I guess Some Program Needs more cpu frequency Maybe if its that How do i find it

That's normal, and there's nothing wrong with it. Your CPU slows down when it isn't doing anything. If something comes up, it's going to do it as fast as possible. Unless you have power saver on of course.

I guess its some program runs in maximum frequency if it happens how do i find it can anyone know my desktop works well only this happen to laptop
